Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Logistics & Operations Coordinator
to manage day-to-day communication between our warehouse, customers, and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, timely shipments, and clear communication across all parties.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily communication between warehouse teams, customers, and internal sales teams
Track and manage purchase orders from receipt through final delivery
Ensure accurate and timely shipment scheduling, routing, and documentation
Work with warehouses to resolve issues related to inventory, packing, labeling, and shipping
Communicate order status updates, delays, and shipping details to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues quickly and efficiently
Maintain organized records of shipments, orders, and communications
Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce errors
Qualifications
1–3+ years experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer coordination
Advanced proficiency in Excel (must be comfortable working quickly with large datasets, formulas, and order tracking)
Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems, retailer portals, and platforms simultaneously
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience working with retailers, warehouses, or fulfillment centers preferred
Familiarity with EDI systems, routing guides, and shipping processes is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
