This is not a sit‑behind‑a‑desk role. This is for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys meeting new people every day, and appreciates the impact of creating beautiful, well‑maintained outdoor spaces.

You will be responsible for driving growth across your territory by identifying, pursuing, and securing new commercial clients. You will help businesses elevate their properties through customized land care solutions that reflect their brand, enhance curb appeal, and create environments people are proud of.

What You’ll Do

Prospect daily through calls, emails, drop‑ins, and networking events

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with prospective and existing clients

Identify decision‑makers and navigate complex organizations with confidence

Conduct site walks to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions

Partner with operations teams to bring outdoor visions to life

Manage a full sales pipeline from first conversation to signed contract

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Collaborate with Branch Managers, Account Managers, and leadership to win business

Travel throughout your territory, meeting clients and presenting proposals

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales

5+ years of sales experience, ideally in landscaping or facility services

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals

Experience building and maintaining long‑term client relationships

Ability to communicate value and ROI to decision‑makers

Strong time management and organizational skills

Comfort working independently in a field‑based role

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily
