
Infrastructure Resiliency Program Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Infrastructure Resiliency Program Manager - Hybrid for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This role supports the ongoing management of the Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) Inventory and other Infrastructure Operational Resiliency (IOR) strategy and governance activities. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate routines to support the delivery of commitments, facilitate communication across organizations, and provide status updates to leadership. This position requires strong project management skills and a background in risk management, audit, or regulatory issues.
Responsibilities
Support the on‑going management of the Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) Inventory and required ECI program governance routines
Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery of commitments (e.g., kick‑offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates)
Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines
Provide status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
Work with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable and governance requirements
Support resource planning for delivery and execution
Requirements
Knowledge of architecture and operations on technologies such as Mainframe, Cloud Hosting using VMware stack, Storage, Backup and Autosys, and Network firewall
Experience with multiple vendor solutions from vendors that include Cisco, Broadcom, Checkpoint, and VMware
Experience with technical recovery and/or technical Business Continuity Planning
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
Attentive to details
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience creating materials appropriate for senior executive level audiences
Ability to collaborate and build partnerships across different teams
Ability to work under pressure and meet competing requirements
Prior experience in risk management and conducting risk assessments
Prior experience working on audit and regulatory issues
Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week
Pay range
$79.74 - $87.74 per hour
