Position Overview
We are hiring a Motion Lab Business Development Specialist responsible for generating new opportunities, building community partnerships, and converting leads into booked Motion Lab sessions. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for individuals motivated by performance-based earning potential. This is an “eat what you kill” opportunity — your income is directly tied to your ability to create relationships, generate interest, and close business. There is no cap on earning potential.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with local gyms, studios, golf facilities, and athletic organizations.

Secure workshops, demo days, and outreach events.

Represent Built 2 Move at community and performance events.

Generate leads for Motion Lab sessions.

Follow up with prospects and convert bookings.

Maintain pipeline communication and reporting.

Collaborate with clinic leadership on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Revenue percentage from Motion Lab packages sold.
