Senior Maintenance Manager

Job Function / Purpose

Inframark is looking for a Senior Maintenance Manager. In this role you would oversee and direct maintenance personnel, equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventative maintenance. Inspect and evaluate physical plant, grounds, and related equipment.
Responsibilities

Coordinate with outside contractors to perform activities, repairs, preventive maintenance on building equipment, and building and grounds appearance.
Purchase and manage all related maintenance supplies and plant equipment repair parts for all equipment in facility.
Participate in the development and implementation of goals, strategies, and operating policies/procedures.
Manage teams related to hiring, on‑boarding, performance management, utilization, training, development, salary, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Schedule and organize jobs for each crew.
Perform QA/QC for work orders.
Manage vehicle and equipment repairs and oversee tool and parts lists required for each employee.
Meet and approve outside contractors to ensure all company SOPs are met.
Interface with other departments in reference to scheduled jobs and vehicles.
Assist with building and inventory needs.
Ensure all DOT requirements are followed.
Facilitate weekly maintenance meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience

BA/BS in related field and 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the water and wastewater field.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid driver’s license required. A water and/or wastewater license is preferred.

Physical Demands

Must be able to frequently lift 50-60 pounds; load, unload, and move large equipment or tools; access confined spaces; and continuously walk and climb stairs and ladders.
