Summary
Verigent's client is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support strategic communications efforts for federal programs within the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This role will focus on developing executive-level messaging, supporting organizational change initiatives, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across stakeholders and operational teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic communications plans supporting federal programs and initiatives.
Create executive-level messaging, briefings, and communication materials.
Support organizational change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and communications planning.
Draft, edit, and deliver high-quality written and visual communications for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Provide communications support for operational programs within DHS and USCIS environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience developing and executing communications strategies for federal programs.
Prosci Change Management Certification or similar professional certification required.
Proven experience in executive communications and stakeholder engagement.
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
