Business Development & Client Experience Associate – Luxury Residential Technology
Location: New York, New York. The role involves generating outside sales within high-end residential, commercial, restaurant, hospitality, multi‑dwelling, and direct‑to‑consumer markets.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and trade professionals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
Represent the brand in a polished, professional manner.
Act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure proactive communication and build trust with high‑expectation clients.
Partner with Senior Account Executives, assist with proposals and presentations, and translate client needs into solutions.
Collaborate with project managers and design teams, conduct site visits, and track changes and documentation.
Maintain CRM accuracy, provide pipeline updates, and support marketing and outreach.

Qualifications
3+ years client‑facing experience in residential luxury goods & services.
Strong communication skills.
High organization and attention to detail.
Bonus qualifications (optional):
AV or smart home experience.
Familiarity with Lutron, Crestron, Savant.
Project coordination exposure.
CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
