Our client, a global medical device and healthcare technology leader, is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator – HR Shared Services to join their team.
Job Title
Senior HR Coordinator – HR Shared Services
Location
Tempe, AZ (Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote option on Friday)
Pay Range
$36.04 per hour
Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate end‑to‑end new hire onboarding for the Sales organization
Serve as a primary point of contact for HR‑related employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support
Execute HR transactions and maintain employee records in Workday and related systems
Partner with the Associate Service Center to resolve HR cases and ensure policy adherence
Support HR projects, reporting, and administrative initiatives for HR leadership
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or HR shared services
Hands‑on experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, SAP, or Taleo
Proven experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset
Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ, Monday through Thursday
