Position Overview
Solid 50-year, independently owned agency on the outskirts of Phoenix. High-growth mode. Looking to add to their Commercial Lines team of 8. Supremely run and organized with exceptional training and support for the right candidate. Very specialized niche; will train. Owners are very generous with many perks outside of the compensation and benefits. Must have AZ licensure and live close enough to the office location. EPIC System experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage clients' coverage needs
Conduct policy analysis
Ensure accurate and timely renewals
Address client inquiries
Collaborate with insurance carriers
Prepare quotes
Process renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
Build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to foster business growth
Qualifications
Must have AZ licensure and live close enough to the office location. EPIC System experience is a plus.
