Search Engine Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an SEM Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This is a high‑visibility role , partnering closely with business leaders to deliver timely, accurate, and high‑quality results. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally, leveraging data and analytics to shape go‑to‑market strategies and drive impactful search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Execute end‑to‑end search engine marketing strategies and campaigns , partnering with the SEM Operations team and broader digital marketing group.

Develop and test SEM elements—including ad copy—across multiple markets and verticals.

Lead keyword research and strategy (paid and organic), coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.

Perform ongoing account maintenance, including keyword optimization, targeting updates, and bid/budget adjustments using both manual approaches and AI‑driven tools such as Adobe Advertising and Google Ads .

Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and deliver strategic recommendations to optimize spend and conversion performance.

Prepare and present campaign performance updates and insights to business line leaders and internal stakeholders.

Respond to time‑sensitive requests from business leaders, providing critical analysis, solutions, and recommendations with strong follow‑through.

Communicate key marketing objectives and insights to in‑house and external creative teams and e‑business partners.

Manage and traffic all SEM marketing jobs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and cost‑effectively.

Monitor the competitive landscape and customer behavior to help business lines understand and strengthen their market position.

Partner with marketing and business leaders to define creative strategies and success metrics.

What You Bring
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required , or

6–8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Experience

3+ years of holistic SEM management experience (agency or in‑house) required

1+ year of experience with Adobe Advertising preferred

Certifications

Google Ads Certification required

Microsoft Ads Certification required
