ASSOCIATES SUMMARY
Associates will have the opportunity to learn about the history, culture, and vision of Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride, understanding the importance of how a professional sports organization works (which could include sales, marketing, public relations, operations, or the internal working of the Club), to further develop general critical thinking, problem‑solving, time management, communication, and writing skills.

WHAT SETS YOU APART
Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride is seeking hardworking, positive, and passionate individuals to help support the MarComms and creative team working for Orlando City SC, Orlando Pride, and Inter&Co Stadium. This individual will work on a part‑time / hourly basis with the Creative Director, Art Director, Project Manager as well as other designers, photographers, content creators and will be responsible for the creation, execution and delivery of graphics that elevate our teams’ brands across merchandise, broadcast, digital media, live events, in‑stadium signage and much more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with graphic design for Orlando City, Orlando Pride, Orlando City B, and Club Partners as assigned, with a focus on branding, digital media, merchandise, and co‑branded partner design.

Assist/Learn how to create content for the team with static graphics, including social media graphics and smart templates (e.g., web shells, gameday asset templates, etc.).

Collaborate with internal departments to deliver requested creative assets that meet functional needs and aesthetically match the club’s brand/campaign guidelines across communication channels.

Learn how to assist with designing of stadium signage, including mockups and print‑ready files for large scrims, billboards and public adverts.

Create/Provide designs for team apparel/merchandise as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the eligibility requirements, knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary:

Applicants should be working toward an undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis in graphic design, illustration, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint / Keynote is a plus.

Exceptional creative potential: looking to push the envelope and develop and implement fresh ideas.

Ability to blend art, music, pop, local, and soccer/supporter cultural references into design language.

Fundamental graphic design understanding which includes typography, layout and illustration skills.

Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.

Open to learn how to design within the constraints of brand standards.

Ability to work independently, be self‑directed and demonstrate initiative.

Team‑centric attitude and approach.

Willingness to utilize/learn a project management system and process.

Strong attention to small details is a must.

Strong interest in soccer and sports is a plus.

The ability to pass a background screening.

The ability to attain and maintain Safesport certification.

Other Details

Associateship will be around 20-30 hours weekly.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This role is strictly limited to one season only: the 2026/2027 MLS/NWSL Season.

Bilingual / Multilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese in addition to English preferred).

Experience with project management and communication apps Slack & Monday is preferred.

Experience / Proficiency in motion graphics and/or 3D design is preferred.
