Specialty Field Marketing Specialist MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Specialty Field Marketing Specialist to support our Phoenix, AZ market!
In this role, you will support our specialty offices by driving referral growth, strengthening provider relationships, and increasing local market visibility. You will serve as the primary field marketing contact for specialty practices and will support outreach, events, referral tracking, and office marketing needs across the valley.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with GP and specialty providers, doctors, and office teams
Grow and manage referral sources through regular outreach, follow-up, and territory planning
Plan and attend health fairs, community events, lunch-and-learns, and monthly CE study clubs
Support specialty offices with local marketing efforts, provider engagement, and community visibility
Track referral activity, provider visits, event results, and key performance metrics
Partner with doctors, operations, and marketing teams to support office growth initiatives
Coordinate marketing materials, promotions, sponsorships, and local campaign execution
Assist with website requests, digital ads, and ticket follow-up as needed
Travel throughout the valley to provide in-person office support
Qualifications
Experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or business development preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable tracking referrals, managing multiple priorities, and working independently
Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the region
Experience with CRM systems, websites, digital ads, or ticketing platforms is a plus
