We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead the Expand phase of our growth strategy. This person will be the main commercial and relationship owner after the initial sale, focused on increasing value, strengthening partnerships, and identifying new growth opportunities within existing enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a highly strategic and diplomatic commercial professional with strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to grow accounts in complex B2B service environments.
What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)

Own the expansion strategy across enterprise clients, upsells, cross-sells, referrals

Build deep relationships with business and technical stakeholders

Lead strategic business reviews tied to real business outcomes

Navigate renewals, contract changes, and conflict with confidence

Requirements

6+ years in Account Management, Client Partnership, or Customer Success within the technology services industry

5+ years of commercial negotiation experience, including renewals, contracts, and conflict resolution

3+ years of proven success growing a book of business by 25%+ annually, measured by revenue or ACV

Previous technical background as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, or Architect

Strong business acumen, the ability to understand client priorities, market dynamics, and operational needs

Fluent English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus)

Availability to travel when clients need you in the room

Nice to Have

Experience using CRM tools for account health tracking, relationship management, and expansion forecasting

Experience managing MSAs and SOWs
