As a Marketing Manager, your goal will be to strategically use all marketing disciplines to support new product launches, set and reach KPIs and metrics that will drive awareness of new products and support new placement in the dealer channel. Product marketing is how our innovation meets the world. And as Marketing Manager for our Turf and Consumer Business Unit, you’ll translate product capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with power equipment dealers, homeowners and landscapers.
Responsibilities
Partnering with the product team to identify customer-focused new product improvements and translate product features to benefits
Developing new product marketing launch plans for internal and external audiences, aligning metrics with sales goals and business objectives
Leading go-to-market for strategic launches, owning positioning, messaging, content, and rollout strategy from end to end
Equipping Sales teams with assets and narratives that drive growth
Using qualitative and quantitative research to shape messaging, validate decisions, and uncover new opportunities
Collaborating with sales, product and operations teams to support new product launches
Analyzing and reporting on marketing launch performance, making recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
5+ years in product marketing with deep experience owning launches end to end
Experience marketing durables or outdoor power equipment is preferred
Knowledge and expertise in marketing to homeowners and/or landscapers is preferred
Strong knowledge of marketing communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to successfully manage several assignments simultaneously and to coordinate with multiple departments at all levels of the organization
Must be resourceful and team focused, have strong problem solving skills, a strong initiative for efficiency and quality and be a proven self-starter able to work independently
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Travel Required
