
Senior Product Development & Production Coordinator

Role Overview
The Senior Production Coordinator will use knowledge of product development and processes to bring fashion‑right products to market quickly. This role is the link among design, sales, buyers, merchandising, technical design, planning, sourcing, and factories. Accurate, complete, professional communication is essential. The Coordinator will develop quality, on‑time, and cost‑efficient products that reflect Fashion Nova’s position as an apparel industry leader.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities of fashion production management with internal production team and external vendors.
Ensure products are manufactured on time for delivery.
Coordinate and problem‑solve issues with internal team, vendors, factories, and partners.
Assist in completing new collection sampling and supervise day‑to‑day activity related to aesthetic and design matters.
Analyze and plan capacity for upcoming season’s orders, monitoring current orders to follow the production timeline.
Initiate daily production meetings with the production manager and team to review status of all managed vendors.
Verify production statuses to ensure timely on‑time deliveries.
Coordinate with merchandising team to ensure all materials are ready and available for production.
Responsible for material use calculations, stock monitoring, stock ordering, and ensuring cost effectiveness.
Update and maintain purchase order changes in the ordering system.
Role Requirements
Three years’ experience in production, merchandising, development or a manufacturing product environment, preferably in fashion/garment industry. Direct management of people and sourcing & costing experience desired.
Intermediate level understanding of G‑Suite and Microsoft Office.
Excellent time‑management and organization skills to consistently meet deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in garment and fabric construction a plus.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently and quickly without compromising quality.
Exceptional quality control focus.
Adeptness to organize, prioritize, and pivot workload in a dynamic environment.
Capacity for working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Competence for executing independent decisions.
AA degree in Fashion highly desired.
English, additional languages an advantage.
