Location: Coppell, TX 75019 (Hybrid Schedule)

Duration: 3 months (Contract)


We are seeking an Art Director (Social) to join our team for a 3-month contract, working onsite three days per week in Coppell, TX. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, highly creative, and thrives at the intersection of visual storytelling, strategy, and execution. The Art Director (Social) will collaborate closely with account service, strategy, and creative teams to produce compelling, high-quality content across multiple social platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, develop, and execute social media strategies and campaigns aligned with client marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality social content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written copy.
  • Write engaging, on-brand social copy tailored to different platforms, audiences, and tones.
  • Collaborate with creative partners to develop visually striking assets that reinforce client messaging.
  • Manage day-to-day social media execution for multiple B2B and B2C clients, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
  • Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply them to client strategies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in social content creation and community management.
  • Partner with digital strategy, media, and paid social teams to evaluate performance, measure KPIs, and optimize content for engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Work within defined budgets and project estimates.


Top Must-Haves:

  • One to three years of experience creating content for social media platforms.
  • Fluency across major social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style by audience and platform.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and formats.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design and multimedia production tools.
  • Proactive approach to managing expectations with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of Google AdWords, display, and mobile advertising.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency experience or experience working with major brands.
  • Demonstrated initiative in improving processes, workflows, or methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with copywriters, art directors, social strategists, and account managers.
  • Experience identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers for social campaigns.
