About the Role
Were looking for a top performing,
quota crushing Account Executive to drive net new logo client sales. We are a high
growth Customer Experience SaaS platform company with a raving fan customer
base.

This is a true sales hunter role and ideal
for someone who thrives on building pipeline, owning complex sales cycles, and
winning strategic deals. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, from
outbound prospecting through negotiating and closing net new client contracts.
Bringing a disciplined, metrics-driven sales approach grounded in the MEDDIC
framework.

What Youll Do
Own the Full Sales Cycle : Outbound Prospecting ? Discovery ? Demo
? Value Prop Building ? Negotiating ? Closing

Consistently generate a High
Quality, Diversified Sales Pipeline through strategic outbound efforts
and creative prospecting

Lead a High Quality Discovery
process with customers that uncovers pain, quantifies impact, and aligns
to business outcomes

Apply the MEDDIC framework
rigorously to qualify and advance sales opportunities

Build compelling, tailored Value
Propositions tied to measurable ROI and customer outcomes that justify
their investment in our Customer Experience solution

Deliver Impactful Product Demonstrations
that connect capabilities to real customer challenges and desired business
outcomes

Navigate complex buying
committees and engage with multi-threaded stakeholders

Accurately forecast sales pipeline
and revenue with strong deal hygiene

Negotiate and close contracts
while protecting pricing integrity and value

Partner cross functionally with
marketing, product, and customer success to drive deal success

Youre known for Closing Complex,
Multi-Stakeholder SaaS Solution Deals

Required Experience
5+ years of successful sales experience in B2B SaaS Sales ,
preferably in Customer Experience, CX, or adjacent categories

Proven track record of exceeding
quota in a net new logo, hunter role

Deep expertise in the MEDDIC
(or MEDDPICC) framework and consistent application in live deals

Experience selling into Mid-Market
and/or Enterprise Organizations

Strong outbound prospecting
skills (cold calling, email, social selling)

Demonstrated ability to run a structured,
high-impact discovery process

Excellent storytelling and value
based selling capabilities

Experience managing 2-3 month
and 69 month Complex B2B Sales Cycles
