Business Development Rep

Business Development Manager Reporting to senior leadership, the Business Development Manager will drive market expansion across Texas, developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones.
Build and execute business development strategies to win commercial projects
Identify and pursue opportunities across industrial, retail, grocery, and mission-critical sectors
Meet with clients and prospects to secure work and deepen long-term partnerships
Conduct market research to uncover emerging pipelines
Collaborate with internal project teams to position competitive solutions
Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Contribute to building a growing Dallas office and broader regional footprint

For the Business Development Manager, we are seeking:
3-5+ years of business development experience within commercial construction
Background in sectors such as retail, grocery, big-box, light industrial, or distribution centers
Strong network within the Dallas big box retail/light industrial construction market
Proven ability to build pipelines and win repeat business
Degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related discipline
Highly proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a ground-up environment
What's on offer:
$100,000-$120,000 salary + commission structure paid at award and during construction
