Overview


We are seeking a UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that drive meaningful impact. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design and improve digital products within a large, enterprise environment.


This is a hands‑on, highly collaborative opportunity where you will lead user research, influence product direction, and bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with critical digital platforms while helping elevate UX best practices across the organization.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences

  • Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutions

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and journey maps to communicate design concepts

  • Partner with product owners and cross‑functional teams to align on product vision and roadmap

  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to drive ideation and solution design

  • Analyze data from user research, A/B testing, and analytics tools to inform design decisions

  • Ensure digital experiences meet accessibility standards and usability best practices

  • Contribute to the evolution of UX practices, standards, and design consistency across platforms

  • Support design and optimization of web pages, email, and other digital experiences


Required Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Information Architecture, or a related role

  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment

  • Strong background in user research, including usability testing, surveys, and field research

  • Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX best practices

  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and general web architecture concepts

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable design solutions


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level digital platforms

  • Familiarity with content management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies

  • Background supporting marketing or customer-facing digital experiences
