About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director (Campus Administrator) for a senior care campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the campus, which includes long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and independent living. This role requires a leader with a valid Minnesota LNHA license and a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Executive Director position, particularly one that involves overseeing multiple levels of care. Experience as a Nursing Home Administrator and an Assisted Living Director is highly valued, and a passion for elder care is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care management, be adept at leading a clinical team, and have a proven track record in a similar role. While not mandatory, an active Assisted Living Director License (LALD) is considered a plus. The Executive Director will be supported by a local regional team and will have access to ample resources.
