Python Developer (Testing)

Job Description
The Python Developer will be responsible for designing, architecting, and guiding the development of backend platforms and API services that power the enterprise Cutover capability. This Developer will also be responsible for automation testing using a variety of tools including Tosca, Litmus and Octane. This role supports large-scale infrastructure upgrades, architectural transitions, and complex design changes by enabling reliable, automation-driven Cutover execution. The position requires deep expertise in Python, distributed system design, API frameworks, and event-driven backend services. As a key technical leader, the Python Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, Cutover and automation teams, UI engineers, and DevOps groups to deliver seamless, end-to-end Cutover solutions-from design and integration through controlled production execution.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Python development experience
5+ years architecting and developing backend APIs/services using Flask, Gunicorn, and production-grade Python frameworks
Experience with test automation tools - Tosca (highly preferred), Litmus or Octane
