This is a unique opportunity to become part of a high-volume, high-performance clinical practice serving a broad and diverse patient population across Southern Arizona.Overview: Full-spectrum Cardiothoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. Hybrid practice model with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care. Shared call schedule – 1:3. Robust surgical infrastructure with a high-volume service line and strong referral base. Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Eligible for Arizona medical licensure. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
