Position Overview We are seeking 1–2 experienced Psychiatrists to support detoxification and residential treatment programs in Maryland. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work across one or both locations depending on availability and interest. Providers will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality psychiatric care while supporting and supervising advanced practice providers within a structured treatment environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide in-person psychiatric care within detox and residential treatment settingsConduct patient evaluations, medication management, and ongoing clinical oversightSupervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and clinical staffLead and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetingsServe in a Medical Director capacity, contributing to program development and clinical qualityEnsure adherence to best practices in addiction and behavioral health careSchedule & Structure:1–3 days per week onsite per locationOpportunity to cover one or both sitesFull-time role available for candidates covering both locationsFlexible structure based on provider availability and desired level of involvementWhy This Opportunity?Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time optionsLeadership role with direct impact on patient care and program developmentCollaborative, team-based treatment environmentCompetitive compensation aligned with responsibilities and scope Qualifications:MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in PsychiatryExperience in substance use disorder treatment requiredPrior leadership or Medical Director experience strongly preferredActive Maryland license (or ability to obtain)Strong communication and team leadership skills
