This role is ideal for a proven Marine Vice President or Head of Marine with a desire for an entrepreneurial challenge, or for a current #2 in a marine division looking to take the next step and make a significant impact. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build something special from the ground up, with a focus on expanding the team and portfolio. Key responsibilities include opening doors with brokers, attracting capacity from insurers and reinsurers, and recruiting a strong team of underwriters.

Applicants for the Head of Ocean Marine position at the company should be based anywhere in the US and have a background in either Hull & Machinery, P&I, or Marine Cargo. Experience as a Marine Underwriter and a strong professional network are essential.
