Seeking additional BE/BC Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists to join an established team in Urbana, Illinois.Opportunity DetailsJoin a growing team of 4 MFM Specialists, 16 Obstetricians/Gynecologists, 6 Neonatologists,
2 Gynecologic Oncologists, a Pediatric Surgeon, a Geneticist with dedicated MFM genetic counseling, a Dietitian and highly skilled subspecialty midlevel staffFour MFM APPs provide prenatal care, inpatient support, and care coordinationPediatric specialties on site include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Developmental-Behavioral, Pulmonology, Sleep and Genetics; additional consultation services available for Pediatric Infectious Disease and Hematology/OncologyPractice the full range of Maternal-Fetal Medicine, including prenatal diagnosis, complex obstetric management, genetic and perinatal consultationLarge referral base of 50 regional referring OB-GYN physiciansIn-house coverage for deliveries by BE/BC OB/GYN Hospitalist, NICU and AnesthesiaDedicated neonatal and perinatal air and ground transport services90% office practice within Carle Foundation Hospital campusCarle Foundation Hospital is a 489-bed Level I Trauma Center with Level III Perinatal services and has been recognized as one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals™ by Healthgrades® for 8 years in a rowOpportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineeringExcellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverageGlobal connected, innovative and culturally rich, Champaign-Urbana is centrally located to Chicago, Indianapolis and St. Louis and is home to one of the worlds great public research universities - the big Ten University of Illinois.
