Practice at Advocate Children’s Hospital – Park Ridge with a favorable home-based call schedule and minimal trauma exposure.Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume, community-focused academic setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.Favorable Call Schedule: Home-based call with 1 weekend/month and 1 weeknight/week, shared with two other surgeons.Culture & Support, Support & Networking: Family-oriented pediatric surgery group with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and networking opportunities.Professional Growth Opportunities: Academic appointment with mentorship, leadership in quality improvement, and niche program development.
