Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opportunity in Baltimore, MD---Position OverviewAn exceptional opportunity is available for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a highly respected and established orthopedic team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will manage complex orthopedic trauma cases, including fractures, dislocations, and soft tissue injuries, while contributing to academic and clinical excellence.---Assignment DetailsFull-time position with variable hours
Work in a Level II Trauma Center setting
Mix of acute and elective surgical cases
Academic involvement with orthopedic surgery residents
Research support available with access to clinical studies and publications
Required call: 4 days per month (additional available if desired)---QualificationsMD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
Completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
Eligible for Maryland Medical License and current DEA license
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for education, teaching, and program development---Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $450,000–$500,000, plus wRVU and quality incentives
