Opportunity Highlights: We have an excellent full time and part time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible (new graduate) Hospitalist & Nocturnist. This is an exciting opportunity for the right Hospitalist & Nocturnist Physician to be part of a well-established practice. Practice Highlights:Group started in the 1990sThe group has 2 nocturnists who cover night calls200-230 patients per day as an average census for the hospitalist group Nocturnist:1 Nocturnist staffed at the main facility12-hr scheduled nights from 7pm-7am, minimum of 14 shifts a monthSupervise 1 APP helping at night to answer calls and see patientsNocturnist and APP will be on call to troubleshoot for the whole groups patients Job Details/Qualifications: Full time or Part Time, Employed positionMust be ABMS/AOA Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineMust hold US citizenship or permanent residencyMust obtain a Florida licenseExperience preferred but not requiredOpportunity for leadership and involvement in quality improvement projects and committees Physician Governance Council allows for physician input into strategic planning and operational policies for the employed physician group Benefits: Competitive compensation in line with MGMA standards; based on production and achievement of value driven quality metrics.Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision and a Matched 403(b) retirement plan, Unmatched 457 deferred comp plan also available.Sovereign immunity covers malpractice30 days for vacation, CME, sick, and/or holidaysNO STATE INCOME TAX - keep more of your wealth for you and your family!Up to $2,800 per year for professional dues and memberships in 2 organizations. $3,000 for CMERelocation assistance/ Sign on bonuses in accordance with policyQualifying employer for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness programContact us today for more details.
