Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA, is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician (BE/BC Internal/Family Medicine) to join our multi-specialty group, Desert Valley Medical Group. This is a full-time, employed opportunity with a strong academic component and will work at our Outpatient Clinic.

Position HighlightsWill be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.Primary Care (BC or BE -Internal Medicine and Family Medicine)Academic Opportunity- will support local Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Residency Programs.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month.Base salary starting at $270,000/year (negotiable), plus production bonusesSign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.Located in Victorville, CA – ~45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho CucamongaSupports J-1 visa waiver sponsorship.Other benefits include health insurance (EPO/HMO at no cost to the provider), 401(k) retirement plan, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and paid time off (PTO).
