Rockville, Maryland Gaithersburg, MarylandCOMPANY PROFILE: This private practice opened in 2013 and currently employs an interdisciplinary team of physicians, behavioral health professionals, and nutrition professionals, along with a robust support staff.
The practice provides a full scope of internal medicine and geriatric primary care services in a variety of settings and
DESCRIPTION: This is a geriatric primary care role, taking care to patients in place.
The practice sees patients in assisted living facilities (ALFs) and private homes, with most patients located in ALFs. The new physician will be scheduled at one (1) building per day, with occasional nearby private home visits, ensuring little-to-no travel.All patients are located in Rockville and Gaithersburg. Physicians see between 8 and 18 patients per day, depending on types of visits scheduled and patient
