This is an outstanding opportunity to join a physician-led organization committed to innovation, physician wellness, and high-quality patient care.Practice Highlights:Outpatient-only practice – No OB responsibilitiesGenerative AI Scribes provided to all Primary Care Physicians to reduce documentation burden and improve work-life balanceInbasket Ninja Program: Dedicated team manages inbaskets for providers on leave or vacation, minimizing administrative stressNetwork call system: Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) take after-hours call for your patientsFully integrated EPIC EMR for seamless care coordinationOffice conveniently located adjacent to O’Connor HospitalSupportive, collegial team environment within a well-established health systemCompensation & Incentives:Base Salary Range: $320,000 – $374,000*
Based on qualifications, experience, and market alignment. Additional Compensation Opportunities:Incentive plan with no earnings cap — significant upside potential in year one$25,000 geography stipend for full-time primary care physicians in Delaware CountyUp to $45,000 residency stipend available up to 18 months before graduationSign-on bonus up to $200,000Comprehensive benefits package including:
