An ideal candidate is a leader who works well in a collaborative environment, values evidence-based practice, and values patient centered care. Job ResponsibilitiesOrder diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on resultsPerform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plansArrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseloadDocument all patient encounters efficiently and according to policyQualificationsGraduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degreeCurrent California medical licenseCompleted an accredited residency programCurrent DEA certificateBoard certified or board eligible in pediatricsCurrent BLS certificationMedical Spanish (preferred)
