Practice HighlightsJoining a team of 4 providers – 1 Hem/Onc and 3 Nurse Practitioners Average 14-16 patients/day (70% oncology/30% hematology)Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Breast Surgeon on-siteNO inpatient responsibilities – Nurse Practitioners handle all inpatient consults Phone call (very minimal) EPIC EMRActive clinical trials (UNC affiliate) Compensation and BenefitsBase compensation $475,000-$500,000 based on experience + Production$50,000-$75,000 Signing Bonus$4,000 CMESix weeks PTO Health insurance403-B retirement plan with employer matchPaid malpractice with tail coverage Life in the North Carolina Blue Ridge MountainsLocated in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Boone is one of the Southeasts most well-known university and resort communities.
