Job Description

Accurately pulls parts in freight and warehouse areas

Matches shipments to purchase orders

Supports shipping and receiving operations

Works in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Lifts items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly

Stands and remains active during 10‑hour shifts

Collaborates closely with team members

Ensures efficient and accurate order processing

Responsibilities

Pull parts in freight and warehouse areas according to order requirements

Verify shipments, parts, and documentation against purchase orders for accuracy

Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading materials

Safely move, stage, organize, and store materials and inventory

Operate a forklift to transport products within the facility in accordance with safety guidelines

Use computer systems to look up orders, update inventory, and complete basic data entry

Assist with inventory counts, tracking, and maintaining accurate stock levels

Inspect materials and packaging to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper condition

Read and interpret basic blueprints or related documentation as needed

Package products securely and correctly to prepare for shipment

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production, shipping, and receiving deadlines

Remain on your feet for full 10‑hour shifts while performing material handling duties

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards

Essential Skills

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Ability to stand and work on your feet for full 10-hour shifts.

Competence with computers, including basic data entry and navigation.

Experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Material handling experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Basic inventory handling skills, including counting and tracking stock.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cooperatively in a busy warehouse.

Attention to detail when matching shipments to purchase orders and handling documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Receiving experience specifically in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

General computer literacy and comfort using warehouse or inventory software.

Quality control awareness, including visual inspection of materials and packaging.

Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or related documents.

Experience with packaging materials and methods for safe shipment.

Strong organizational skills to work efficiently in tight spaces and busy freight areas.

Work in a shipping, receiving, and manufacturing environment within a large shop

Perform primarily shipping duties in a relatively tight, fast‑moving space

Maintain strong awareness of surroundings and follow safe material‑handling practices

Operate forklifts and handle materials throughout the facility

Stand and remain active during 10‑hour shifts

Work in an energetic, fast‑paced setting with frequent freight movement and ongoing production

Regularly use computers and standard warehouse equipment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
