Urgent Care PhysicianHigh-Acuity Advanced Urgent CareVictorville, CA$300,000 – $400,000 | 12-Hour Shifts | No Overnight | No Call She Recruits is partnering with an advanced urgent care center designed to function more like a streamlined emergency department — without 24/7 overnight coverage. This is not traditional urgent care. This is high-acuity, procedure-heavy medicine in a well-equipped outpatient setting, supported by a strong APP model and modern infrastructure. If you enjoy complex cases, procedures, and decisive medicine — but want predictable hours — this is worth a serious look.
