A long-established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to provide clinical and strategic leadership across two full-service hospitals.

About You:
DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Tennessee
4+ years’ experience as a practicing veterinarian
Prior leadership experience or a strong desire to move into a leadership role
Confident communicator who enjoys mentoring, collaboration, and driving standards
