Dental Hygienist – Eden Prairie, MN | Patient-Focused Private Practice

Eden Prairie Dental Care is a highly rated, patient-centered practice seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our well-established hygiene team. We are committed to delivering high-quality care while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented environment and strong work-life balance. Our hygiene schedule is consistently booked six months out, offering stability and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships.

Schedule
Part-time, 2–4 days per week

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  No Fridays or weekends

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Perform thorough patient assessments and periodontal charting
• Take dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Partner with the doctor to identify treatment needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (required)
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Pay & Compensation

• Pay starting at $53.00+ per hour (based on experience)
