Key Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and deploy LLM-powered tools and agentic workflows for front-office use cases

Integrate AI solutions into existing analytics, data, and trading infrastructure

Partner with product, quant, and business teams to turn AI concepts into scalable production tools

Drive firm-wide AI adoption by contributing to reusable frameworks and best practices

Act as a subject matter expert, educating stakeholders and influencing AI strategy across the business

Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and modern AI tooling

Background as an AI engineer / technologist with a focus on applied, production-ready solutions

Proven ability to Stitch together AI tools and infrastructure - integrating APIs, systems, and workflows rather than pure research

Solid programming skills with experience deploying scalable AI applications

Experience in financial services, fintech, or similarly regulated environments preferred (but not essential)

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive adoption

Pragmatic mindset - able to balance innovation with real-world constraints in a banking environment
