Purpose of Position
As an Agile Business Analyst at West Shore Home you will interact with departments across the company to deliver customer‑facing digital products. You will identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvements that unlock new product opportunities while ensuring the reliability, predictability, maintainability, and scalability of the digital product portfolio.

Key Role Accountabilities

Analyze and translate complex use cases and issues into clear User Stories; document stakeholders, assumptions, key dates, milestones, risks, and acceptance criteria in JIRA for ongoing project management.

Build and nurture relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders; thoroughly analyze and understand business requirements, processes, functional needs, dependencies, and system capabilities to translate those into technical requirements.

Establish the team’s Definition of Ready and guarantee all user stories meet those criteria before moving into development.

Facilitate feedback sessions, clarify requirements, and manage stakeholder questions regarding system enhancements and improvements.

Minimum Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States without needing employer sponsorship.

At least 2 years of experience in business process documentation or agile business analysis.

Proficient at creating process and system maps, requirements documentation, and related artifacts.

Experience with industry‑standard agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Successful teamwork on multiple projects with shifting priorities; a motivated self‑starter capable of completing direct and self‑guided tasks.

Compensation
The approximate salary range for this position is $85,000–$120,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
