Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alameda, CA, for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing high-quality video content to support the company's marketing and branding initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing motion graphics, managing video color grading, and collaborating with team members to bring creative concepts to life. The role requires a focus on quality, creativity, and alignment with the company’s brand image.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and proficient Video Editing techniques
Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
Proficiency in creating Graphic elements for video content
Knowledge of video production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools)
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in real estate video marketing is a plus
