Campaign Operations Specialist – Los Angeles, CA
W2 Contract - Weekly Pay, Benefits, 40 hours/week

Overview
We are seeking a self-driven Associate Manager to help request and manage paid campaign deliverables. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Campaign Operations, the Associate Manager will assist with the following:
Review paid media plans and request appropriate versions in Airtable based on partner-specific requirements (e.g., logo usage, tune-in language, timing restrictions)
Own the content clearance process by sharing rough cuts with partners, consolidating feedback, and coordinating with the paid media team and project managers to address clearance notes
Track asset progress from development through delivery, proactively communicating timelines, delays, and risks to stakeholders
Create all video asset metadata: ISCI codes, versions, flight dates, lengths, etc., ensuring the most up-to-date and accurate information is always maintained
Liaise with the finishing teams to monitor delivery status and secure final asset links for partners and our external agency
Collaborate across multiple internal and external teams, staying up to date with ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Support trafficking by collaborating with our external agency to resolve discrepancies such as incorrect codes, spot lengths, or missing assets
Attend ongoing asset need meetings with marketing team stakeholders and compile all relevant information and requests
Qualifications
Experience with Airtable
Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
General knowledge of video production and post-production
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, while managing several projects at the same time
An unwavering attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively
