Yellow House is looking for a sharp, proactive Account Executive who can manage client relationships with confidence and roll up their sleeves for light social media work when needed. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves both the people side and the content side of digital marketing.

The ideal candidate is equal parts organized, strategic, and creatively fluent. Two years of agency experience required. This person thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and isn't afraid to jump in, figure things out, and keep clients delighted.

What you'll do.

Account Management

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for client work across our roster - from CPG and lifestyle brands to mission-driven, healthcare, and hospitality clients.
  • Run client meetings, maintain weekly agendas, track action items, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Translate client goals into clear internal briefs for creative, strategy, and influencer teams.
  • Anticipate client needs, proactively identify opportunities, and help shape quarterly plans.
  • Maintain timelines, budgets, and scopes - keeping everyone (gently but firmly) on track.

Light Social Media Management

  • Assist with monthly content calendars, approvals, and posting schedules.
  • Upload content, write captions, and format assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor community engagement (comments, DMs, tags) and escalate when needed.
  • Pull monthly and quarterly metrics from platform insights and prepare topline summaries.
  • Keep an eye on trends and competitor activity to inform content and client recommendations.

Project Coordination

  • Support internal workflows across creative, influencer, strategy, and production pods.
  • Organize asset collections, link libraries, and client feedback threads.
  • Help launch small campaigns - organic, paid, and influencer.
  • Ensure internal teams hit deadlines without compromising quality.

Who you are.

  • An exceptional communicator: clear, calm, client-ready.
  • Warm, professional, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Highly organized with a "nothing falls through the cracks" instinct.
  • Fast-moving and solutions-oriented - you don't just flag problems, you offer paths forward.
  • Fluent in social media platforms and best practices.
  • Naturally curious - you love learning how brands grow and what makes content work.
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to navigate different personalities with ease.
  • Excited by the mix of client-facing work and hands-on content support.

Qualifications.

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, social media, marketing, or agency work.
  • 2 years of agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and basic platform analytics.
  • Experience writing captions, posting content, and managing social calendars.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, communication threads, and multiple stakeholders.
  • AI proficiency required - for drafting, organization, research, status reports, and workflow speed. You should already be using AI tools daily in your work.
  • Bonus: ability to build AI workflows, custom GPTs, or automations across project management tools.

What we offer.

  • Remote-first work environment
  • PTO + paid holidays
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Device stipend
  • Generous parental leave
  • Opportunities for mentorship and professional development
  • A collaborative, ego-free team that moves fast and makes exceptional work
