Director of Game Presentation & Broadcast


Inter Miami CF is seeking a Director of Game Presentation & Broadcast to lead the creation and execution of a best‑in‑class in‑stadium and broadcast experience. This role is responsible for delivering a dynamic, high‑quality matchday presentation that reflects the Club’s brand and exceeds league standards.


With a focus on the game as the centerpiece, the incumbent will elevate the overall fan experience through a distinct and engaging style that resonates with both domestic and international audiences.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the development and execution of the run of show for all Inter Miami CF home matches at Nu Stadium

  • Serve as lead showcaller on matchdays, ensuring seamless execution across all presentation elements

  • Oversee all control room operations, including content ingestion, testing, and coordination of show elements across internal departments such as Marketing, Ticketing, and Partnerships

  • Manage LED and in‑stadium digital content, including scheduling, partner deliverables, and execution

  • Partner with league officials, broadcast partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with all requirements

  • Oversee production of both home and away radio broadcasts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and part‑time event production staff

  • Define and implement camera plans and in‑stadium visual strategy for home matches

  • Collaborate closely with technical partners to ensure all production specifications and standards are met

  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of direct reports


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Demonstrated experience scripting and producing live events

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in live event production, preferably within sports or entertainment

  • 2+ years of experience serving as a primary showcaller for soccer or a major sports league

  • Collaborative, passionate, and results‑driven with a strong desire to make an impact

  • Proven ability to prioritize, adapt to change, and solve problems effectively while maintaining composure in high‑pressure environments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple platforms and audiences

  • Experience working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners, including international stakeholders

  • Knowledge of lighting and set design is a plus

  • Strong understanding of brand development and audience engagement

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to lift and move production equipment as needed

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
