volunteer photographers
who love storytelling through imagery and want to support a mission-driven community organization. Support the visual storytelling that helps us promote Black-owned businesses and future programming
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable shooting in event environments (indoor + outdoor)
Ability to capture both lifestyle and brand-focused images
Positive, professional, and community-oriented energy
Own camera equipment preferred
Experience with event photography is a plus, but not required if your portfolio shows strong storytelling ability
Time Commitment
Flexible — opportunities available for weekend markets and special events
Most events are 2 hour commitment
What You’ll Receive
Credit and tags on social media when photos are used
Access to vibrant cultural events and creative community spaces
Opportunity to build portfolio content with diverse brands and makers
A chance to directly support economic empowerment for Black creatives
