Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and innovative designs tailored to the brand's identity and customer needs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of design concepts.
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using tools like Figma.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends and integrate cutting-edge design techniques and elements, particularly in 3D and animation.
Qualifications:

Highly creative with the ability to develop innovative and on-trend designs.
Expertise in 3D elements and animation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in creating designs for e-commerce or marketing websites, with a variety of work showcasing different styles and techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5+ years of senior-level experience or significant project experience.

Location: Newark, NJ.

Salary: $100,000-$120,000.
