Key Responsibilities

Edit and deliver long-form and short-form content while meeting deadlines
Define editorial style, pacing, and structure for new shows, creating templates and frameworks
Review editor cuts, provide feedback, and mentor editors to improve quality and performance

Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional video editing experience in both long-form and short-form content
Experience mentoring or leading other editors in a production environment
Strong editorial judgment with an understanding of pacing and storytelling
Experience in building or defining creative direction for shows or content formats
High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with structured post-production workflows
