Pressed is growing and we’re hiring a

Senior Art Director

to define how we show up in our direct-to-consumer channels. This is a design-first role for someone who’s plugged into culture, obsessed with the details, and can build a clean, elevated visual identity across our direct-to-consumer brand.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Art Director to lead, define, and elevate the visual expression of the Pressed Juicery brand across all consumer touchpoints.
This is a design-first leadership role, not a photoshoot-focused art direction role. You will oversee and contribute to high-quality graphic design across:
Retail and wholesale environments
Packaging and product
Brand campaigns and marketing assets
You will manage and mentor a team of designers while setting a high bar for creative execution, consistency, and craft.
This role is ideal for someone who is both:
A hands‑on designer with exceptional taste and execution
A leader who can guide and elevate a team
Key Responsibilities

Lead the visual design of the Pressed Juicery brand across all channels.
Ensure consistency and quality across digital, retail, packaging, and marketing assets.
Elevate the brand’s aesthetic, typography, layout, and overall design system.
Partner with Brand leadership to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
Design Execution (Hands‑On)

Personally contribute to high‑impact design work across:
Website and digital experiences
Email and CRM campaigns
Packaging and product design
Retail and in‑store materials
Set the standard for executional quality and attention to detail
Manage and mentor a team of designers.
Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and development.
Improve workflows, processes, and output quality across the team.
Ensure efficient execution across a high volume of deliverables.
Brand Consistency Across Channels

Ensure the brand translates seamlessly across:
Owned channels (site, email, social)
Wholesale environments (retail, FSOP, partnerships)
Physical and digital experiences
Adapt design systems for different environments while maintaining consistency
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with:
Brand Marketing (campaigns, storytelling)
Growth / Digital (site, CRM, performance)
Wholesale Marketing (retail and channel-specific needs)
Translate business and marketing needs into strong creative output
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in graphic design / art direction.
Experience in CPG, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brands preferred (but not required).
Experience leading or mentoring designers.
Must be able to work on‑site in our Culver City office (3+ days/week).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
The expected salary range for this position is $160,000 – $200,000 per year. This range reflects the base salary for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
