SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Develop marketing collateral for print and digital channels, including datasheets, flyers, banners, trade show graphics, email assets, and social media graphics.
• Create multi-page catalogs, product brochures, spec sheets, manuals, and other support materials with clear hierarchy and accurate technical content.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather specifications, photos, CAD exports, and copy while ensuring technical accuracy.
• Prepare print-ready files, managing bleeds, color profiles, resolution, and vendor specifications.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards, templates, iconography, and asset libraries to ensure consistency across materials.
• Plan, storyboard, and script marketing and instructional videos in collaboration with technical, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Film and edit footage into polished marketing videos, product demonstrations, case studies, training modules, and SOP walkthroughs.
• Prepare multiple deliverables and formats, including short-form social clips, website/video platform assets, and internal training packages.
• Design and produce on-brand PowerPoint presentation assets for sales meetings, executive briefings, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Assist with website maintenance and enhancements and collaborate with developers when
troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate with external printers, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries, including archived footage and version
control.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. At
minimum, this position requires a mid-to senior-level digital and graphic/digital design skillset, with an
extensive portfolio exhibiting both print and online projects, cutting-edge creativity, advanced technical
skills and a clear understanding of new media.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Graphic design experience, preferably supporting B2B, industrial, or manufacturing marketing
environments.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and advanced
PowerPoint design capabilities.
• Strong typographic, layout, and information design skills with experience producing multi-page
print materials.
• Proficiency with DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and on-camera audio equipment.
• Experience filming and editing video content; experience working in industrial or manufacturing
settings strongly preferred.
• Advanced video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to translate technical procedures
into clear visual steps.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working cross-functionally with engineers,
operations teams, and marketing stakeholders.

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) SKILLS:

• Experience incorporating AI tools into creative workflows, including using generative AI for
design ideation, asset production, workflow automation, or developing simple AI agents to
improve marketing and content production efficiency.
• Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms for
managing campaigns, assets, or marketing operations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Generally, spends most of the day in a busy office environment. Must be able to work with constant interruptions. This job operates in a professional office environment. On-site presence required for filming and collaboration. Occasional travel between manufacturing or installation sites may be required. Role may require lifting or positioning camera equipment and adherence to site safety protocols.
