Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000 annually

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Photographer to join our content team. In this role, you will support the editorial team by creating elevated imagery for both editorial and e-commerce purposes. These shoots will include (but are not limited to): campaigns, editorial pieces, lookbooks, stylized product photography, architectural photography, and more. Shoots will take place both in‑studio and on‑location, with travel required domestically and internationally when necessary. You will collaborate closely with our CEO/Creative Director, VPs, Art Director, producers, stylists, and sample coordinators to bring the brand’s vision to life and create impactful imagery. The ideal candidate has experience in women’s fashion photography and thrives in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

Capture photography that upholds and elevates Kith’s visual standards.

Conduct photoshoots in‑studio and on‑location, traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Maintain consistent brand aesthetics while implementing creative direction.

Develop and execute new lighting techniques to refresh Kith’s assets.

Plan and execute shoots with precision, adapting to environments and lighting conditions.

Provide input during pre‑production meetings to align on creative goals and shot lists.

Manage and maintain camera equipment, lighting setups, and other technical tools to deliver professional results.

Oversee post‑production to ensure final color, treatment, and retouching meet specifications.

Organize and deliver all files according to project deadlines and specifications.

Qualifications

7‑10 years of experience in fashion photography, with a strong portfolio of on‑body model work.

Advanced expertise in studio lighting setups and on‑location photography.

Advanced expertise in all aspects of post‑production.

Advanced expertise in Capture One and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments and meet tight deadlines.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction from art directors and producers.

Passion for fashion, creativity, and visual storytelling.

Experience shooting high‑level talent is a plus.
