The team you will be a part of

This role will report into the Product Marketing Director for Suites and Dishwasher Category, and will support the suite strategy across the kitchen categories.

This role in summary

The Senior Analyst, Kitchen Suites is responsible for leading the branded suite strategy and coordinate execution for Whirlpool Corporation's portfolio of brands including Amana, Whirlpool, Maytag, and KitchenAid. This person will work closely with brand marketing, merchandising, shopper marketing, sales education, and sales channels to deliver impactful suite launches and offerings to market.

Your responsibilities will include

Design, sell-in, and implementation of the individual kitchen suite strategy for Amana, Whirlpool, Maytag, and KitchenAid brands across sales channels

Documentation and maintenance of Suites market landscape pricing and dynamics

Coordination and leadership of the cross channel promotion and strategy

Creation, ownership, and embedment of the suites playbook & sell-in toolkit

Translating consumer needs and shopping behavior, including connection to product design and aesthetics (First Moment of Truth), and product functional benefits (Second Moment of Truth) into impactful suite offerings.

Representing the winning solutions for the consumer to the key leaders throughout the company and trade

Working with finance and merchandising teams to develop and present project business cases including pro forma financials, capital requirements, and other financial and non-financial decision metrics

Leading cross-functional business team monthly reviews that include senior functional leaders

Drive Dish projects from to Production Project Readiness

Manage the health of the active portfolio through continuous performance auditing and the proactive refinement of in-store and online execution to drive sustainable growth and channel productivity

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, or Finance

Demonstrable spirit of winning with evidence of best in class excellence

Consumer-centric, insight-led, and naturally curious with a sense for solving problems that others may not realize exist and a desire to push beyond the status quo

Data supported decision making utilizing internal or external data sources to generate insights and/or to understand consumer behavior

Strong leadership & communication skills, plus the ability to perceive and present information both analytically and creatively

Exceptional capability to drive horizontal progress across diverse product categories, leveraging strong indirect leadership to consolidate team outputs into a unified strategic roadmap for senior stakeholders

Strong strategic and analytical mindset, excellent critical thinking, sound judgment and effective decision-making ability

Strong team player and interpersonal & communication skills: highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups

Capable of operating on both strategic and tactical levels

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-starter, works with minimal oversight
